YHA Brecon Beacons Danywenallt

Sponsored by the George Ewart Evans Centre for Storytelling, and the Reducing Industrial Carbon Emissions Project of the European Regional Development Fund

This gathering, specifically for story- artists working with themes of environmental awareness, ecological stewardship, and climate action, will allow us to share and reflect on methods and models, and to nurture potential collaborative networks. We will examine the overlapping relationships between the scientific, political, and mythic modes of thought, feeling, and action, and ways of bringing these modes together in our practice.

Registration fee: £40, (£20 for campers) includes lodging, dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Limited to 30 participants.--only 25 beds available, so at least 5 rugged souls will need to camp. Limited to 30 participants. All are asked to bring something they are working on: a story, a public or institutional performance, challenge, ritual, or provocation, to demonstrate and discuss.
