We have a vacancy at the George Ewart Evans Centre for Storytelling for a Project Associate on ‘The Modern History of Orchards and Cider Making in Wales’ project. The project is led by the Welsh Perry and Cider Society and is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The main purpose of the role is to work towards the creation of a collection of oral histories and digital stories relating to the history and traditions of cider and perry making in Wales, and to undertake supervised research to provide analysis of findings from the collection.
